As a Cloud Support Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and Private Cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate with an expert team of cloud engineers to maintain scalable and secure infrastructure for global clients.
Requirements
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Private Cloud, S3, and Kubernetes
- Respond to and resolve support tickets for clients in India and the USA
- Support automation and deployment processes in cloud environments
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement best practices in cloud operations and security
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Familiarity with Linux, networking, and system administration
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in shifts
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Hands-on with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC)
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) or technical courses in cloud computing
- Exposure to DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins
- Scripting experience with Python or Bash
