💼 Role Categories and Skills Required:
🔹 GenC (4 LPA)
- Software development, debugging, documentation, testing
- Agile SDLC, component design & delivery
- Communication, team collaboration, task ownership
🔹 GenC Pro (5.25 LPA)
- Advanced enterprise tech like: Cybersecurity, Oracle, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, ServiceNow
- Requires industry-accredited certifications
🔹 GenC Next (6.75 LPA)
- Advanced full-stack and cloud developers
- Must be skilled in: Java, Python, SQL, Spring Boot, Web Tech, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Requires strong coding and algorithm knowledge + industry certification
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- 2025 batch of B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, UG/PG (No rounding off, no backlogs)
- Only Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in India
- Flexible to work in any location, shift, or tech domain
- Must have a PAN Card & valid government ID (Voter ID / Passport)
