Cognizant is hiring 2024 Engineering Graduates through its GenC Next, GenC Pro, and GenC programs. Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Year: 2024
• Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (Excluding Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, etc.)
• Academic Performance:
  • Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (No rounding off from 59.9%)
  • No standing arrears at the time of joining
  • University CGPA-to-percentage conversion must follow official norms
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be flexible to work from any Cognizant office and adapt to shift timings
  • Open to Indian nationals, OCIs, and PIOs residing in India
  • Must use a personal email ID for communication during the hiring process

Hiring Categories & Technical Requirements

GenC Next (Advanced Programming & Full-Stack Development)

• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), SQL/PLSQL
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, Spring Boot, REST APIs

GenC Pro (Enterprise Platforms & Technologies)

• Expertise in specific enterprise technologies such as:
  • Cybersecurity, Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Pega, SAP ABAP, SAP Basis, ServiceNow
• Must have industry-accredited certifications

Mandatory Documents for Registration & Onboarding

• Registration: Resume with a passport-size photograph & any available industry certifications
• Interview: Academic documents (college ID, mark sheets, degree certificate)
• Onboarding:
  • PAN Card (must match official name)
  • Voter ID / Passport for citizenship verification
