Salary & Job Function

• CTC: ₹4,00,000 - ₹6,75,000 per annum
• Function: Information Technology

GenC

• Understand business requirements, create documentation, and clarify queries.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy code per specifications.
• Create test scenarios based on data requirements.
• Work within an Agile environment and follow SDLC processes.
• Design low-level components and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Participate in project meetings and technical discussions.
• Continuously upskill in new technologies.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (excluding Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, etc.).
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, Diploma, UG & PG (strict criteria, rounding off not allowed).
• No active backlogs at the time of joining.
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office, in any shift, with assigned technologies.
• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs / PIOs residing in India.

• College ID, mark sheets (school, UG, PG), and provisional/degree certificate.

GenC Next

• Requires advanced programming skills and full-stack development expertise.
• Must hold industry-accredited certificates in one or more:
  • Java, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Spring Boot, ASP .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API, Data Structures & Algorithms, OOPs, etc.

GenC Pro

• Requires expertise in enterprise platforms, including:
  • Cybersecurity, Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Pega, SAP ABAP, SAP Basis, ServiceNow.
• Industry-accredited certification is mandatory.
