Comprinno is looking for aspiring Cloud Support Engineers to join as interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to cloud technologies and systems administration in a fast-paced, 24×7 support environment. Ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals looking to build a career in cloud support

• Provide L0/L1 support for cloud environments, including Linux and Windows systems.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools like CloudWatch and other cloud-native monitoring solutions.
• Assist in managing AWS services including account setup, VPC, and CloudFront.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work flexible shifts as part of 24×7 operations.
• Troubleshoot OS and application-level issues and escalate as needed.
• Support cloud cost optimization, security audits, and reporting.
• Analyse system logs and assist in root cause analysis (RCA).

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
• 0–6 months of relevant experience.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS CCP) certification.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS setup.
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix administration.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and participate in a global on-call schedule.

• Exposure to cloud cost optimization and security best practices.
• Experience with presentation and technical documentation.
