Job Description
Freight Tiger is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance its cloud infrastructure. The role involves automating deployment processes, ensuring system security, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting developer productivity. You'll work in a cloud-native environment using AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, Terraform, and observability tools.
Requirements
Responsibilities Design, configure, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure (VPC, S3, EC2, IAM, API Gateway, Load Balancers)
Manage and automate operations for Kafka and Elasticsearch clusters
Administer Linux systems and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Argo CD
Automate infrastructure using Terraform
Implement monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic
Configure and maintain logging and alerting systems
Requirements 3–5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role
Strong expertise in AWS and infrastructure automation
Proficient with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Argo CD) and Terraform
Hands-on with monitoring, alerting, and APM tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic)
Familiar with Linux systems and database administration
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
