Job Description

About the Role & Team
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will rotate across various projects, contributing to product development for SITA’s customers. This role provides hands-on experience in the complete software development lifecycle within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Develop and test software for product creation and customer-facing projects.
  • Work in a DevOps environment, participating in the entire delivery lifecycle.
  • Write and deliver code under the guidance of experienced developers.
  • Write automation test cases for continuous product testing.
  • Design and contribute to future solutions and best practices.
  • Learn requirement analysis and design techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards one) in IT/Engineering, graduating by September 2025.
  • Less than 12 months post-graduate experience (excluding internships).
  • Eligible to work in India without a work permit or sponsorship.
  • Knowledge of at least one software programming language.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills through design thinking or prototyping.
