Requirements
- Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve technical challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and maintain issue records
- Prepare timely reports and contribute to our knowledge base through documentation
- Ensure compliance with SLAs based on issue severity
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Palo Alto firewalls
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc. / B.Tech / BCA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer
- Strong understanding of supported products and solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work directly with the Australia and New Zealand team
