Hiring: Software Engineer, Associate | EPM Development Team
Job Description
We’re hiring entry-level Software Engineers to join our dynamic Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) development team. As a part of this innovative group, you’ll work on building high-quality solutions that power global organizations. You'll get exposure to diverse technology stacks including in-memory engines, cloud platforms, data visualization, devops, and automation, while collaborating in a passionate, agile environment.
Requirements
- Work as part of cross-functional agile teams, driving quality into every phase of development
- Plan, develop, test, debug, and refactor new and existing functionality
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into efficient code
- Develop and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end code
- Contribute to system architecture definition, hardware/software specifications, and design
- Conduct root cause analysis, code reviews, and unit testing
- Build scalable and high-performance applications
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver robust solutions
- Stay up-to-date on technological trends and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- BE/ME/MCA in Computer Science or related fields
- Strong foundation in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and SQL
- Applied experience with real-world applications, open-source code exploration
- Proficiency in one or more of: .Net/C#, JavaScript and frameworks, HTML/CSS, relational databases
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work late hours to coordinate with US-based teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in software development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
