Requirements
- Write high-quality, efficient, testable, and reliable code in Java or Go
- Monitor software in production, debug, and resolve performance issues or bugs
- Participate in on-call rotations, contributing to production reliability
- Translate business requirements into scalable system designs
- Contribute to internal tools and platforms that drive developer productivity
- Participate in peer code reviews and improve system documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months of hands-on software engineering experience (including internships, coursework, training, or personal projects)
- Proficiency in Java or Go
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (graduation between July 2024 – Feb 2025)
- Passion for learning, high-impact software development, and delivering on time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in distributed systems and backend development
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and modern deployment practices
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Familiarity with developer productivity tools

Work Culture & Location:
