Infor is hiring IT Support Engineer, Associate – Hyderabad, India

Infor is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Associate level) to provide application support across a range of Infor products and third-party reporting tools. This role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts across APAC, EMEA, or US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to application issues using a centralized ticketing system.
• Provide clear and timely communication during incident investigations and resolutions.
• Perform user administration for internal applications.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Troubleshoot issues independently using available support tools and escalate when necessary.
• Analyze trends and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and product performance.
• Develop expertise in Infor software and other enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of application support experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on SQL experience (Microsoft, Oracle, DB2, or PostgreSQL).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a global, deadline-driven environment.
• Clear communication skills (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Birst, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Domo.

Nice to Have

• Background in a functional business area or operations support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with enterprise applications.
• Understanding of ITIL practices (Incident/Problem/Change Management).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to write and interpret complex SQL scripts.
