Velodata is hiring L1 Cloud Support Engineers to join its Cloud Operations Center (COC) in Ernakulam, Kerala. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for professionals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in cloud support or system administration. You will be the first line of defense for cloud infrastructure health, handling real-time alerts, troubleshooting, automated fixes, and client-facing support across AWS and Azure environments.

You will own the frontline of cloud stability:

Monitor AWS & Azure environments using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, etc.
Respond to infrastructure alerts (CPU, memory, disk, network, service outages)
Troubleshoot compute (EC2, VMs), storage (S3, Blob), networking (VPC, VNet), and IAM issues
Execute cloud deployments, scaling, and rollback procedures
Automate repetitive tasks using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or AWS CLI/Azure CLI
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for internal teams and external clients
Assist in cloud migrations (lift-and-shift, re-platforming)
Enforce security policies (IAM roles, SCPs, NSGs, WAF)
Document SOPs, runbooks, and incident post-mortems

Required Qualifications & Skills
