Psypher AI is hiring Junior Full Stack Developer (Remote / Optional Hybrid)

Psypher AI is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join its early-stage engineering team. This role is ideal for freshers or recent grads with hands-on coding experience and a passion for building real-world products. You’ll work alongside the founding team to develop web applications using modern technologies like Vue 3, FastAPI, and Supabase, with opportunities for mentorship, skill growth, and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive UIs using Vue 3, Nuxt 3, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Build and maintain backend APIs with FastAPI and Pydantic
• Integrate frontend and backend using Supabase, handling auth with JWT / OAuth2
• Manage and secure data with PostgreSQL and Supabase (Realtime, RLS)
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and AI teams to ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in regular code reviews

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Understanding of basic frontend and backend development concepts
• Hands-on experience through personal projects, internships, or bootcamps
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Supabase or Prisma
• Familiarity with platforms like Vercel, Coolify, or other cloud tools
• Exposure to SSR, SEO, or component testing
• Open-source contributions or active GitHub presence
