QualityKiosk Technologies is looking for a Trainee Test Engineer to join their Cloud business unit. This role focuses on monitoring the performance and availability of web and mobile applications for clients across domains such as Banking, Insurance, E-commerce, and Trading. Ideal for recent graduates, this is an entry-level position aimed at individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of application monitoring and testing.

• Monitor application performance and availability for web and mobile platforms
• Perform sanity checks across domains like Banking, Insurance, and E-commerce
• Communicate promptly with clients to address queries and issues
• Escalate application issues to internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze automation-generated alerts and act on failures in a timely manner
• Manage tasks efficiently while maintaining analytical and logical thinking

• Education: BE/B.Tech (IT, Computer Science, EXTC), BSc/MSc (IT), MCA or equivalent
• Experience: 0 to 6 months
• Knowledge of application monitoring
• Basic understanding of mobile browser testing (preferred)
• Strong communication and task prioritization skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and upskill regularly
