Job Description
Qualys is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join its engineering and operations team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating and streamlining software development and deployment processes while ensuring reliable and scalable application delivery.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with developers, testers, and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, monitor systems, and improve operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong engineering mindset and hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement DevOps processes and automation workflows
- Automate and streamline software development and deployment lifecycles
- Collaborate with development and operations teams for seamless software delivery
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor infrastructure and application performance
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools:
- Terraform
- Ansible
- Experience with containerization technologies:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools:
- Jenkins
- GitLab CI/CD
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools:
