As a Software Development Engineer I (SDE I) on the Risk & Data Science team, you’ll contribute directly to shaping a scalable, secure, and intelligent data platform for our credit line products.

Requirements
- Design robust data models based on deep analysis of structured/unstructured data
- Build scalable ETL pipelines and ingest data into our data lake from diverse sources
- Develop mission-critical systems ensuring high availability and performance
- Use AWS services such as S3, Athena, and Glue for data engineering workflows
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and data scientists to deliver optimized data systems
- Ensure data security and manage infrastructure needs proactively
- Optimize data delivery for BI and machine learning workflows
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and ownership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS, IT, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in Python development and data engineering
- Proficient in SQL, data warehousing, and RDBMS systems
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Strong command of AWS services: S3, Athena, Glue
- Experience with data formats: Parquet, JSON, XML
- Familiarity with BI tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
