TechBiz Global is hiring a DevOps Support Engineer on behalf of one of its top-tier clients. This is a remote, shift-based role focused on monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure. Ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in cloud operations or DevOps, the position involves incident response, basic automation, and 24/7 support coverage across a rotating schedule.

• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments (AWS, Azure) to maintain system availability and performance
• Respond promptly to alerts, investigate issues, and execute resolutions following SOPs and escalation protocols
• Perform basic scripting tasks for automation using Bash, Python, or similar
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and other engineers to ensure continuous support
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers in English

• 2–5 years of experience in DevOps or cloud support roles
• Proficient in managing AWS and/or Azure environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift model including weekends and nights
• Prior experience in shift-based support environments is a plus

Shift Details

• Rotating shift-based schedule (including nights/weekends)
• 4–5 shifts per week, totaling 29–33 shifts per month
• Flexibility to cover full shifts and weekends is mandatory
