Techybex hiring AWS Support Engineer in Noida - AWS Expertise, Linux Administration, Deployment Automation

We are seeking an AWS Support Engineer to join our tech-support team in Noida. The role involves developing and maintaining automated deployment systems, recommending process improvements for scalability and reliability, and assisting in deployment plan implementation. You will work closely with IT and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot system applications, create deployment support documentation for customers, and collaborate with management on deployment specifications and configurations. Additional responsibilities include assisting in new system development and enhancements, attending training on company deployment procedures, analyzing and troubleshooting deployment issues, designing and implementing scalable systems for backend infrastructure, and ensuring best practices for security, performance, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated deployment systems
• Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability
• Assist in developing and implementing deployment plans
• Work with IT and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot system applications
• Develop deployment support documentation for customers
• Collaborate with management to develop deployment specifications and configurations
• Assist in new system development and enhancements
• Attend trainings related to company’s deployment procedures and standards
• Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner
• Design and implement scalable systems for backend infrastructure
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, and monitoring

• Experience in automating large-scale developments with deployment management systems (Puppet, Chef, CFEngine, Capistrano or similar)
• Experience with monitoring and performance metrics analysis using tools (Hyperic, Prometheus, Nagios, Cacti, Munin, Ganglia or similar)
• AWS/EC2 experience
• Linux experience (preferably Ubuntu, Red Hat or CentOS)
• Apache Tomcat and HTTP Server experience
• Good understanding of Java deployment
• Administration and support of public data center solutions via AWS
• Administration and support of Container Orchestration Tools (Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift)
• Experience with infrastructure automation solutions (Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Terraform)
• Administration and support of queue solutions (Kafka/Pulsar)
• Administration and support of version control systems (Gitlab/Github/SVN/Subversion/Bitbucket)
