Role Overview

Gallagher is looking for motivated individuals to join its Platform Team as a DevSecOps Trainee.

This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience integrating security practices into DevOps pipelines. Trainees will work with modern tools and methodologies that help improve the security, reliability, and efficiency of software development and deployment processes.

This position is designed for individuals who want to begin their career in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or security-focused DevOps roles.

Key Responsibilities

As a DevSecOps Trainee, you will:

• Learn and assist in integrating security practices into DevOps workflows
• Support the implementation of secure CI/CD pipelines
• Work with teams to improve software security and deployment reliability
• Gain exposure to modern DevOps and cloud technologies
• Contribute to improving software development lifecycle security
• Assist with monitoring and improving pipeline efficiency

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation year preferably 2024
