Truechip Solutions is seeking a Linux System Administrator to join its IT team in Noida. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to work hands-on with Linux systems, networking, and essential IT infrastructure services.
Requirements
Responsibilities Monitor servers and manage software licenses
Install and configure Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows operating systems
Write and maintain basic shell scripts
Set up and manage services like NIS, NFS, FTP, LAMP, Squid, and VNC
Perform system patching, firewall management, and troubleshoot network/system issues
Requirements Basic understanding of Linux OS, networking (LAN/WAN), and system utilities
Familiarity with Linux file systems, firewalls, and common services
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Education: BA, BCom, or BSc with relevant skills or training
