Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility

Strong spoken and written English communication skills (fluency required).

Ability to work variable and rotating shifts.
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a dedicated desk and chair.
Technical requirement: Hard-wired Ethernet connection with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload (no Wi-Fi).
Consent to video/audio recording and identity verification (screenshots of face and government-issued ID — not Aadhaar — may be captured as part of Amazon’s verification and proctoring processes).
