Zoetis is seeking an Associate Data Engineer to join its India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates passionate about building robust data pipelines and developing scalable data solutions in cloud environments. The role involves working with Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, and a variety of modern data and DevOps tools to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives across the organization

• Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data from various sources to target systems
• Design, implement, and manage SQL, PostgreSQL, and Azure databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps and Agile practices
• Use Git for version control and team collaboration
• Support infrastructure, production go-live activities, and issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0+ years of experience in Data Engineering (freshers welcome)
• Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Python, and SQL
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and database management
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and version control using Git
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to work in the 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST shift, with occasional EST overlap

Nice to Have

• Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Vistex
• Knowledge of data modeling, data profiling, and data analytics architecture
