Requirements
We’re hiring a Cloud / DevOps Engineer to bring an SRE mindset to our platform — automating with Infrastructure as Code, orchestrating with Kubernetes, and optimizing PostgreSQL-backed services for high availability and performance.
You’ll secure CI/CD pipelines, enforce least-privilege policies, and uphold compliance across multi-region, distributed environments.
What You’ll Do
- Build and secure infrastructure across AWS, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native services.
- Support ATO and compliance efforts (IL4/IL5, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171).
- Implement and maintain Terraform modules for Infrastructure as Code.
- Contribute to vulnerability management, remediation, and incident response.
- Integrate security into CI/CD workflows (secrets, least privilege, policies).
- Stay current with DevOps and security best practices, improving systems iteratively.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Kubernetes and Terraform (EKS experience required).
- Hands-on experience with Istio and Gateway API.
- Strong background in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171).
- Proven experience mitigating CVEs in production.
- Experience operating within FedRAMP (IL4 / IL5) environments.
Bonus Points
- Deep expertise in vulnerability mitigation and production security.
- Prior experience in FedRAMP or DoD-compliant systems.
- Contributions to open-source DevSecOps or IaC tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per year
- Equity: Employee Stock Option Plan
