This DevOps Internship offers hands-on experience with CI/CD, cloud technologies, release management, and modern DevOps pipelines used at enterprise scale.

As a DevOps Intern at Dematic, you will work within a SCRUM development environment and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Your work will involve building CI/CD pipelines, debugging cloud deployment issues, supporting engineering teams, and implementing automation to improve internal systems.

This role allows you to gain real-world experience with enterprise cloud technologies, DevOps methodologies, continuous integration, and large-scale deployment practices used by global teams.

• Work within an Agile SCRUM development team to deliver software
• Translate product requirements into actionable CI/CD development tasks
• Participate in design and architecture discussions
• Build new pipelines and maintain existing ones
• Work on cloud technologies including provisioning and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for software releases
• Support other scrum teams with DevOps & automation issues
• Evaluate new tools, research emerging technologies, and build proof-of-concepts
• Continuously look for opportunities to optimize systems
• Learn industry best practices and apply them in daily tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Exposure to at least one modern programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Groovy
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodologies
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humor

Compensation

Estimated base pay range: USD $18–$25 per hour Final compensation is based on experience, education, skillset, and location.
