This is an entry-level, 40-hour/week technical position for individuals with limited professional system administration experience. You will receive guidance and mentorship from the Director of IT while supporting critical IT operations and internal engineering teams.

• Set up and manage applications, tools, services, and cloud environments
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) systems
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams
• Support IT operations across on-premise and cloud-based environments

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Linux scripting and automation
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including Subnetting and TCP/IP
• Object-oriented programming experience

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Group Policy and PowerShell
• Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or OpenTofu
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud technologies
• AWS or Azure certifications
• Ability to learn new technologies on the job
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Desire to grow into programming or DevOps roles
