As a DevOps Engineer Intern / Co-Op, you will work closely with development and operations teams to support the continuous delivery, reliability, and scalability of production systems. You will help automate workflows, deploy applications rapidly, monitor system performance, and improve infrastructure resilience.

In addition to core DevOps responsibilities, interns participate in the Innovation Pod Experience, a startup-style initiative where cross-functional teams design, prototype, and demonstrate innovative products using enterprise-scale data and technology.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth software delivery
Automate workflows and deployment pipelines
Monitor application and system performance
Deploy code in short, frequent release cycles
Maintain and improve infrastructure for scalability, security, and reliability
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and deployment issues
Contribute to cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of Linux / Unix systems
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Basic knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Curious mindset, self-starter attitude, and eagerness to learn

Innovation Pod Experience

Alongside your DevOps role, you will join the Innovation Pod, a unique program where interns:

Present working prototypes during a high-energy Innovation Demo Day
