SuccessKPI Inc. Hiring DevOps Intern in Remote - CI/CD, AWS, Cloud

Job Description
SuccessKPI is a rapidly growing business providing an AI-rich, pure SaaS analytics and automation platform for contact centers. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Intern to join our Engineering team. This role is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring.
You will work closely with our DevOps and Engineering teams to help build scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. This is a hands-on learning experience in real-world DevOps environments with mentorship from experienced engineers and opportunities for full-time conversion.
Requirements
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Support the automation of infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications, services, and system performance
- Work with AWS cloud platform to deploy and manage resources
- Learn and contribute to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth deployment and release processes
- Document processes, tools, and runbooks for knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, etc.)
- Understanding of version control systems (GitLab, Bitbucket)
- Interest in cloud technologies and infrastructure-as-code
- Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Planning to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027 to be eligible
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to AWS
- AWS Certification on DevOps Associate
- Knowledge of CloudFormation, Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
