About the Role
This role is part of ABB’s Process Automation Business Area, Information Systems Function in India. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to key projects, and develop leadership skills through the Global Early Talent Program (GETP).

• Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.
• Participate in multiple assignments across different countries, expanding intercultural skills.
• Deliver assigned tasks and projects within the designated program period.
• Engage in formal training programs, including Leadership Challenge Program and functional training sessions.
• Gain experience through three structured rotations:
  • Nine-month home-country assignment as an introduction to the business.
  • Six-month international assignment to experience ABB’s global operations.
  • Final nine-month home-country assignment to deepen expertise and prepare for a long-term role.
• Work with senior leaders, mentors, and global teams to develop both technical and leadership competencies.
• Analyze data from various sources, apply critical thinking, and present findings to senior executives.
• Assist in IS solution delivery, impact analysis, documentation, and project coordination.

Who Should Apply?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, graduating in May/June 2025.
• Strong knowledge of emerging technology trends and disruptive innovations.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and internationally for assignments (relocation assistance provided).
• Must have valid India work authorization and not require sponsorship for employment at any time in the future.
