As a Packaged App Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing, designing, testing, and supporting technology solutions that enhance client operations. You will work in dynamic environments, applying automation, cloud, and full-stack development skills while supporting IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Design, build, test, and configure applications based on business requirements
- Identify and resolve performance issues while delivering high-quality code
- Implement technology trends and automation solutions
- Provide technical support via voice, email, chat, or remote support
- Participate in peer code reviews and infrastructure operations
- Work in 24x7 shifts and relocate for project deployment if required
Skills & Technologies
- Knowledge of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis
- Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
- Strong foundation in J2EE and full-stack development
- Understanding of .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC) frameworks
- Test automation expertise, including test case creation and usability testing
- Familiarity with testing standards, methodologies, and scenario designing
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, or MSc in CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Applications (any pass-out year till 2024)
- No active backlogs during application and onboarding
- Maximum 23 months of full-time work experience
- No participation in Accenture's recruitment process within the last three months
- Must have completed the degree without gaps (e.g., a 4-year B.Tech must be completed in 4 years)
- Indian citizenship required (Bhutan/Nepal nationals can work without a visa; other foreign nationals need work authorization)
