Acre is transforming the UK’s £1.4 trillion mortgage market with a modern, end-to-end management platform. As a Graduate DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the platform is reliable, secure, and scalable. You will work closely with engineering teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, monitor production environments, and strengthen security while learning and growing in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and testing of non-functional aspects such as security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for high-quality deployments.
• Monitor, log, and analyze system and application performance.
• Ensure production environments remain stable, performant, and secure.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Passion for software engineering and building quality systems.
• Awareness of technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Understanding of information security principles and environment hardening.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and application performance management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Experience with at least one programming or scripting language.
• Curiosity for learning new technologies and solving complex challenges.
