We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team at Amazon. This role involves supporting technology teams with a focus on proactive problem identification, solution implementation, and maintaining high standards of customer experience.

• 2+ years of software development experience, or 2+ years of technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID
• Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
