This is a seasonal work-from-home position based in Maharashtra, India, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with orders, products, payments, and website guidance.

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Answer customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email
• Solve customer queries and prevent issues before they arise
• Use a variety of digital tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Deliver exceptional support that delights our customers
• Communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner

This role offers comprehensive training, so prior customer service experience is not required. You'll receive all the training and equipment needed to succeed from the comfort of your home.

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Have the legal right to work in India
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral)
• Basic computer experience
• Ability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday (6 am to 11 pm)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated desk and chair
• Reliable broadband internet connection (minimum 100MB download, 10MB upload via ethernet cable - no WiFi)
