• Support customers managing complex systems & Amazon Business APIs
• Own and resolve high-severity incidents independently
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams
• Provide technical guidance on eProcurement, ERP, REST APIs, and SSO
• Act as a bridge between Amazon teams and external partners
• Proactively suggest improvements and advocate for partners' needs
• Lead technical projects with strategic impact

What You Bring:

• 4+ years in software development or technical support
• Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills
• Experience with REST APIs, scripting, and Unix/Linux
• Agile/scrum workflow exposure
• Ability to manage 24x7 shift rotation (essential)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Background in distributed or enterprise applications
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
