Anthology is seeking an Associate Cloud Engineer I to join its cloud services team. This entry-level role involves supporting cloud infrastructure, managing systems, troubleshooting, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of the cloud services team
• Install and manage central computing systems, servers, and operating systems
• Monitor computing resources for performance optimization
• Recommend upgrades for hardware and software resources
• Provide consulting support to application and database teams regarding hardware and OS environments
• Create documentation to guide operations personnel
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in Systems Management, Application Support, Infrastructure Monitoring, or CRM product support
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with IIS 6.0/7.0 installation/administration
• Understanding of DNS concepts and TCP/IP networking
• Fluency in written and spoken English
