Role: Associate DevOps Engineer II – Overseas Careers in India

As an Associate DevOps Engineer II, you will design, deploy, and support control systems infrastructure. You will collaborate with international teams, including US-based engineers, ensuring high system availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines for control systems.
Integrate and test hardware/software systems for seamless deployment.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using industry-standard DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues with timely solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and build scalable infrastructure solutions.
Optimize performance, reliability, and security of system and network architecture.
Customize and deploy software infrastructure for customer-specific requirements.
Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources.

Qualifications for Overseas Job at AspenTech

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Foundational knowledge of programming, computer architecture, networking, databases, and operating systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agile environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Jira.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Experience in virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and private cloud platforms (OpenStack, vSphere).
Database knowledge including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
Familiarity with web servers (nginx) and SSL certificate management.
