Associate Software Engineer – Full Stack role at Verint

As an Associate Software Engineer at Verint, you’ll be contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of cloud-based customer experience automation products. You’ll collaborate with a global team to build and maintain scalable, high-quality solutions using the MERN stack.

• Develop and test features in alignment with product requirements
• Ensure high code quality and performance
• Participate in CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with team leads on architectural decisions
• Proactively identify and resolve potential risks or bottlenecks
• Follow Agile methodologies and best practices in development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
• Experience: Some commercial experience preferred; 2+ years with MERN
• Languages & Frameworks:
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express
  • Python or Java (added advantage)
• Frontend: UI/UX, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs
• Database: MongoDB/NoSQL (preferred)
• DevOps Tools: GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/Harness
• Monitoring: Datadog, OpsGenie (preferred)
• Cloud: AWS or Azure exposure
• Methodologies: Agile, CI/CD processes
