Job Description

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will manage all phases of the software development lifecycle, including programming, testing, and documentation. You will contribute to delivering high-quality software, troubleshooting existing code, and improving development processes while actively participating in agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Understand all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Develop, test, and document software applications
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing code
  • Ensure high-quality software delivery that meets industry standards
  • Write and execute test cases covering functional, integration, performance, and usability aspects
  • Improve process documentation
  • Engage in Agile workflows and participate in Scrum ceremonies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Software Development Knowledge:
    • Understanding of core concepts like data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), and n-tier architectures
    • Experience in writing and debugging unit tests
    • Familiarity with Agile workflows and development tools (issue tracking, source control)
    • Awareness of Atom Architecture principles (scalability, flexibility, stability, simplicity)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Front-end and back-end technologies:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Node.js, .NET, Java
    • Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
    • Shell scripting, Python
  • Software development best practices:
    • Modularization, object-oriented design, and unit testing

Other Details

  • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in-office)
  • Notice Period: 30 days preferred
