Associate Software Engineer I

• Design and implement solutions for application areas owned by the team.
• Take ownership of product areas running in production.
• Learn and apply new system design responsibilities.
• Resolve production issues and defects.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and across teams.
• Identify and address communication gaps in team workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.Net) for web-based application development.
• Proficiency in .NET/.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
• Experience with CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database systems.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks (MS Unit, QUnit).
• Experience using version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of Agile development tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
