Associate Solution Support Engineer role at SAP

• Provide timely technical support for SAP Ariba procurement solutions
• Troubleshoot complex issues, drive them to resolution by collaborating with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors
• Understand cloud technologies and lifecycle management
• Build customer partnerships and proactively offer technical expertise
• Participate in weekend on-call support as part of a rotational schedule

What You Bring

• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba modules (SLP, Procurement, Integrations) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
