Job Description

Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.
Exposure to scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work as part of a team and share knowledge.

Respond to technical assistance requests using prescribed procedures.
Research and diagnose hardware, software, application, or network-related incidents.
Log and document all activities accurately in incident management tools.
Assign unresolved tickets to appropriate support teams and expedite resolutions.
Escalate urgent issues and adhere to shift schedules in a 24/7 rotational environment.
Comply with CGI and client IS/IT policies, code of conduct, and quality standards.
Participate in recruitment screening processes.
Maintain excellent English communication skills with neutral accent and correct grammar.
