Their team ensures seamless cloud operations by monitoring alerts, handling deployments, and resolving recurring issues. With a strong focus on problem-solving and efficiency, they provide a collaborative environment for professionals to grow and enhance their technical expertise.

• Monitor ServiceNow (SNOW) and CSMON for case allocation.
• Track long-running jobs, escalate if necessary.
• Resolve alerts related to message stores, databases, memory, and storage.
• Respond to alerts from monitoring tools like ARM, Zabbix, and Splunk.
• Investigate File Watcher failures and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.

Change Management

• Handle deployments and change requests according to schedules.

Problem Management

• Identify and escalate recurring issues to SMEs for root cause analysis and resolution.

Operational Maintenance

• Perform AMQ/JVM restarts as needed.
• Renew Mule license, runtime certificates, and service account passwords.

Access Management

• Manage team access and conduct periodic reviews for AD groups, server access, and ARM access.
• Coordinate access for new team members.

Ad-hoc Activities

• Conduct customer monitoring on request.
• Fix test batch issues based on request.

Business as Usual (BAU) Activities

• Manage pre- and post-MOM activities for production and non-production environments.
