As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users by diagnosing issues and engineering solutions for specific and general use cases. You will work with field technicians, product and engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation. Support is provided through clear communication of technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.

Must Have:
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, providing phone support for complex hardware or software solutions
- Working experience, certifications, or bachelor’s degree (BCA/B.Sc) in a technical field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communications, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-based management platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to create documentation and knowledge articles
- Jira or other bug management tools
- Additional certifications in Microsoft, Linux, networking, or similar technologies is a plus
