Requirements

• 0–1 year experience in Tech Support or Automation QA
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Hands-on with at least one language: Java, Node.js, Python, or Ruby
• Familiarity with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium
• Basic experience with:
  • Git or version control tools
  • APIs, cURL, bash scripting
  • SQL queries (e.g., SELECT, JOINs)
  • Networking concepts (HTTP/S, SSL, DNS, proxies, firewalls)
  • Web tech: HTML, CSS, JS, XML
