Deloitte is offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates aspiring to begin their career as a Cloud & DevOps Engineer. This role is designed for individuals who want to learn cloud technologies, collaborate with enterprise IT teams, and build foundational DevOps skills while working in a leading global organization.

As an Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer – Analyst (Fresher), you will support cloud operations teams with daily tasks, basic configurations, documentation, CI/CD learning, and troubleshooting assistance. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and receive structured training, mentoring, and ongoing development through Deloitte’s world-class learning ecosystem.

Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 0–1 Years (Freshers Eligible) Shift: 24/7 Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with the setup, configuration, and routine monitoring of Azure and AWS cloud resources
• Support basic user access management tasks in cloud portals
• Shadow troubleshooting activities and document common operational issues
• Participate in cloud-based deployment processes and team meetings
• Maintain documentation such as installation guides, runbooks, FAQs, and process notes
• Follow daily health-check procedures for cloud environments using dashboards, alerts, and scripts
• Learn DevOps fundamentals: CI/CD pipelines, version control, automation basics
• Attend technical trainings and actively seek guidance from experienced colleagues
• Report anomalies or issues promptly to the responsible team members

Required Technical Skills

• Understanding of cloud computing basics (servers, storage, networking, virtualization)
• Interest in learning Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Ability to follow SOPs, technical checklists, and step-by-step instructions
• Good written and spoken English for documentation and team communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Basic exposure to scripting or cloud tools (coursework/projects are acceptable)
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of auditing policies, access controls, and security concepts

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 0–1 years of experience (internships, projects, certifications welcome)
• Freshers with cloud learning experience through online platforms are highly encouraged
