Azure (Fresher)

We are looking for fresh graduates with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills. Candidates with a keen interest in cloud technologies are encouraged to apply.

Shift Timing

• Initial Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Later Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Rotational Weekoff's)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide service desk support, server monitoring, and network monitoring.
• Troubleshoot server and network issues effectively.
• Monitor queues and acknowledge tickets.
• Provide basic application support.
• Adapt to varied working hours and work independently.
• Work for extended hours if required (24/7 support, rotational shifts).
• Handle IT support in a non-voice process.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of IT-related technical terms such as MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, DHCP, DNS, etc.
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• Azure Certifications: AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104.
• Microsoft 365 Certifications: MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365.
• Any Cloud certifications, Windows Server Administration.

Education

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT.
• BCA/MCA.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. (IT).
• Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering.
• Must have 75% and above in 10th, 12th, and Degree (mandatory).
