Baker Hughes Is Hiring Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer
Job Description

As a Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Building enterprise cloud infrastructure automation solutions to support the cloud strategy
- Developing, improving, deploying, and supporting cloud services with a focus on landing zones and add-on code pipelines
- Working in a collaborative Agile/DevOps environment
- Demonstrating strong technical skills and a passion for automation
- Delivering secure and compliant cloud services while adhering to security and risk management guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Strong AWS & Azure knowledge and hands-on experience
- Experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, or Bicep/ARM
- Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Programming experience in Python (PowerShell or other scripting languages preferred)
- Experience developing solutions using infrastructure orchestration tools (SSM, Automation Account, Ansible, etc.)
- Knowledge of IP networking, including VPCs/VNets, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls
