BETSOL is seeking a Cloud Support Technician to manage and maintain customer cloud environments. This role requires troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with senior engineers to deliver seamless cloud support. • Manage and maintain multiple customer cloud environments, ensuring uptime and optimal performance.
• Resolve support tickets efficiently while keeping customers informed and confident in your expertise.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate high-priority issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, account teams, and project managers on complex cloud and networking challenges.
• Provide direct support via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Deliver lasting solutions that enhance system stability, security, and customer success.

• High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) with less than 2 years of professional experience, OR at least 2 years of relevant technical support experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (password resets, security group management).
• Understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, MAC addressing, and Layer 1 vs. Layer 2 networking.
• Flexibility to work alternative days or shifts (e.g., Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday), across day, evening, or night shifts.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related technical fields.
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls, SD-WAN management, NAT, subnetting, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
• Familiarity with server performance monitoring, troubleshooting techniques, and MSP environments (e.g., N-able or similar RMM tools).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, CCNA, or similar.
