CAI is hiring DevOps Engineer (Remote - India)

CAI is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join its global technology services team. This role focuses on automating infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing AWS cloud environments, including EKS. You will work closely with developers, QA teams, and security engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient, automated deployments.
• Manage and maintain AWS EKS clusters with a focus on high availability and performance.
• Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure security and compliance.
• Manage Linux-based EC2 instances and oversee multi-application deployments.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate DevSecOps practices.
• Document infrastructure workflows and conduct CI/CD best practice training sessions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS Code Commit, Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and Helm.
• Proficient in AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, EKS, Kafka, Route 53, CDN, Istio.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Familiar with security and compliance frameworks: IAM, SOC2, GDPR, API Gateway security.
• Monitoring expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Ability to execute blue-green and canary deployments with zero downtime.
