Cloud Engineer (Intern)

Role Overview
As a Cloud Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting complex software applications at the enterprise level. This role requires expertise in Linux administration and a passion for cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will work in a 24x7 operational support system, monitoring cloud deployments and ensuring their reliability.

• Implement cloud architectures defined by the Solutions Architect on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Support customers' cloud deployments in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Monitor production infrastructure and improve alerting systems using automation tools.
• Prepare and present monthly operational reports to customers.
• Identify and implement new technologies to enhance cloud performance.
• Work with open-source tools to manage infrastructure reliability.
• Maintain and enhance existing enterprise infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Windows/Linux system administration skills.
• Experience in migrating and architecting multi-tier applications to cloud infrastructures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for updating customers and internal teams.
• Ability to visually communicate cloud architecture to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Certifications such as AWS Cloud Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, RHEL Certified Engineer, Azure Certifications, or Snowflake Certifications.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
