OneUp Networks is launching a hands-on Cloud Support Engineer Internship for aspiring IT professionals passionate about cloud infrastructure, Windows Server, Office 365, and client-facing remote support. This paid internship is fully remote across India, offering direct exposure to US-based clients in the accounting and tax industry. Interns will work under senior engineers, managing real production environments while mastering Azure, RDP, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.

• Windows Server 2019/2022: Installation, patching, performance tuning, backup/restore
• Cloud Migrations: On-prem to Azure/OneUp Cloud (QuickBooks, Drake, Thomson Reuters)
• Office 365 Admin: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, licensing
• Active Directory: User/group management, GPOs, DNS, DHCP
• Networking: VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules, TCP/IP, printer mapping
• Remote Desktop (RDP): Secure configuration, session host setup, load balancing
• Printer Setup & Troubleshooting: Network printers, print servers, driver issues
• Client Remote Support: Real-time issue resolution via phone, screen share, ticketing

Required Skills & Qualifications
